TUNES // Frank Ocean – Godspeed (dvsn Remix)

Things have been pretty quiet in the dvsn camp since the release of their debut album, SEPT 5TH, earlier this year. But leave it up to the Toronto duo to take on Frank Ocean’s tender, gospel soaked Godspeed and give the organ driven tune a sexy OVO lift. The remix recalls the richer moments from SEPT 5TH – songs like Angela and The Line – the pair’s sharp, chilly production filled out with Ocean’s achingly beautiful harmonies. It’s a really good combination.
