orgenA – Farther

Last year’s Vysine from orgenA was one of my favorite mystery songs. It appeared out of nowhere on Soundcloud, an orphan track from an unsearchable artist. Now orgenA is back with 4 new tracks (an EP?) that expand on the promise Vysine held while still retaining that precious enigma of an unknown quantity. These tracks hint at much, but give nothing away. Farther is perhaps my favorite, a grungy tune backed by electric guitar and a bold beat that is well suited to orgenA’s growly-soft raps.
